Oil Rivalry League now available

The Oil Rivalry League is a unique football league that pits two opposing groups against each other - the Just Stop Oil group and the Just Use Oil group. Each group operates its own Apertura and Clausura mini-leagues, a format commonly used in Latin American football.  Within each group, teams compete in two separate half-season tournaments, Apertura (Opening) and Clausura (Closing). In each tournament, each team plays a single round-robin against their group opponents. The Forever World Cup simulator has recently made changes to the Asia Cup format , making it more closely resemble the real-life 2023 tournament. The updated format introduces a third round, adding more excitement and challenge to the competition. The Asia AFC Cup 3rd round The AFC Cup begins with a preliminary knockout round for the 12 lowest-ranked AFC teams. These teams will compete for a spot in the second round qualifier stage. The 6 preliminary knockout round winners will join the remaining 34 teams for the second round qualifier stage. This stage will feature a total of 40 teams, divided into 8 groups. The 8 group winners, along with the best 5 runners-up from the second round will automatically qualify for the finals. The remaining 24 teams will compete in the third round to fight for the remaining slots in the finals. This new format ensures that only the strongest teams make it to the finals, creating a more intense and exciting competition.

CONCACAF Nations League released!

The CONCACAF Nations League has been released in the latest update as a new default tournament in the football tournament simulator, alongside other prestigious continental competitions such as the UEFA Euro Cup , AFCON , Asia Cup , Copa America , ASEAN OFC Cup , and, of course, the 48-team World Cup . Tournament Format League A fixture. The format is based on the real-life CONCACAF Nations League: The League A is contested by the 12 top-ranked teams, divided into 4 groups of 3 teams each. Each team plays the other two teams in their group in a round-robin format. The top 4 teams from the group stage advance to the semi-finals. The semi-final matches are hosted by a North American country, and the teams are seeded based on their Elo ranking. The winners of the semi-finals advance to the final, which determines the champion. The latest update of the Forever World Cup Simulator has updated the formats of many continental cup competitions, which now feature expanded structures that include qualifying rounds and playoff stages. Euro Cup Since the Euro Cup finals is coming in real life, the first event in the simulator will jump straight to the finals with the same set of teams as in the real-life tournament. However, after you finish the 2026 events, the Euro Cup will include the qualifying playoffs and qualifiers, giving more national teams a chance to earn a spot in the prestigious tournament. Euro Cup qualifiers AFCON The Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) now includes a preliminary playoff round as well as a qualifying stage before the finals. There is a slight departure from the real-life AFCON format, where the host nation is automatically qualified. New two-leg knockout tournament format now available.

The Forever World Cup Simulator has introduced a new two-leg knockout home-away format, which closely mirrors real-life international football tournaments: The first leg and second leg matches are played with the teams alternating home and away. If the total scores from the first leg and second leg regular time are the same, the match goes to extra time. If the scores are still tied after extra time, the winner is decided by a penalty shootout. To make the fixture less confusing or cluttered, the presentation has been tweaked with a few enhancements: A divider has been added between each match-up to clearly separate the fixtures. A small "W" label has been added to help identify the winner of two-leg playoff matches. New "Post tournament outcome" feature has been released.

The Forever World Cup Simulator has just introduced a new feature called " Post Tournament Outcome " that adds an extra dynamic element to the gameplay. If the game world fails to reach the target of the outcome every year, the metric will go down. Once the metric hits a certain threshold, it will result in a game over, forcing the player to delete the save and start again. Each outcome has an expiration year, and once it has expired, it will no longer be applied to the save. Players can then select a new outcome after the previous one has expired. You can select these outcome on the homepage before you create a new event. Currently, there are two outcomes available for players to select.  Stalin's threat to nuke the world if their camp lose the competition. Doomsday Metric The "Doomsday Metric" is a new outcome that reflects the geopolitical tensions of the Cold War era. Two weeks ago, the Forever World Cup Simulator has undergone a significant expansion, allowing you to simulate a wide range of custom tournaments and leagues beyond just the World Cup. This includes popular competitions like the Euro Cup, Asia Cup, Africa Cup, and UEFA Nations League, as well as some fictional leagues like the Global League and Alternative League. Today, a new update has been released giving you the ability to simulate multiple tournaments concurrently within the same year. You are no longer limited to just one tournament per year. Now, you can run the World Cup alongside other major competitions like the Copa America, Euros, Asian Cup, and African Cup in the same season. Select as many tournaments as you want per year.
