New updates on World Cup referee system

The latest update has brought significant enhancements to the new referee feature in the simulator:

Referees are now fixed by default. They are no longer randomly generated for each save. Like in previous versions, their reputations can have an impact on match outcomes, particularly affecting the number of disallowed goals in match results. It also ensures that referees will not officiate matches involving their own country during the entire tournament.

Referees' reputations are dynamic and can evolve based on their performance. They can earn tokens by cutting deals with teams during matches, allowing the losing team a chance to retry before finalizing the match result. If the referee allows such match fixing, they will see a few points deducted from their reputation after the match.

After every World Cup, referees with low reputations can donate tokens to improve their reputation, offering a pathway for redemption. Also, the reputation of each referee may experience random fluctuations.

A dedicated page has been added to the simulator's website listing all referees with their reputation and financial status. You can access this page in the sidebar -> "Referees", or click on the male icon in fixtures and then click "Referee list".
